⚠️ Booking Policy ⚠️

• Reservations: At least 12 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling / Cancellation: At least 24 hours in advance.
• Within 24 hours → REGARDLESS of the reason, the ticket will be forfeited.

Trial Sessions:

• There is only one trial session per person.
• If the trial session is cancelled within 24 hours or there is a no-show, the trial session is forfeited and cannot be rebooked.

Refund Policy 

All purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Session packages cannot be refunded or exchanged for credit under any circumstance.
Validity extensions may be considered only with documented injury or medical necessity, and apply to time only, not monetary refunds.
Administrative and transaction fees are non-refundable.

• 日時変更／キャンセル： セッションの24時間前までにご連絡ください。
• 24時間以内のキャンセル → 理由に関わらずチケットは消化扱いとなります。

 

体験セッションについて：

• 体験セッションはお一人様につき1回のみとなります。
• 体験セッションを24時間以内にキャンセルされた場合、または無断キャンセルの場合、
　その体験セッションは**無効（消化扱い）**となり、再予約はできません。

 

返金ポリシー

すべてのご購入は返金不可・譲渡不可となります。
回数券の返金やクレジットへの変更は、いかなる理由でもできません。
有効期限の延長は、怪我や医療上の理由による証明がある場合のみ、期間延長のみ対応し、
金額の返金は一切できません。
事務手数料および決済手数料は返金対象外となります。
